What Aizyne Workspace saves
Aizyne Workspace is designed so guests can use tools without saving, while signed-in users can choose to save useful generated results.
Guest mode
Guests can use the tools, copy results and print manually. Results are not saved to an Aizyne account because no account is active.
Signed-in mode
Signed-in users can save generated outputs to My Aizyne Workspace. Saving is user controlled.
Sensitive tools
Tools involving private, personal, legal, financial, care or other sensitive information show a warning before saving.
What may be saved
- Saved item title.
- Tool type, such as AI Tool Finder or Risk Register.
- Generated result/output.
- Short input summary where available.
- Sensitivity flag, source page, tags and timestamps.
What should not be saved unless necessary
- Passwords, login details, API keys or security credentials.
- Full medical, care, legal, financial or vulnerable-person details.
- Unredacted customer, staff or third-party personal information.
- Confidential business information that is not needed in the saved result.
Sensitive original input should normally be removed, anonymised or redacted before saving. Aizyne Workspace is useful, but users remain responsible for what they choose to store.
Your controls
- You can view saved items in My Aizyne Workspace.
- You can delete individual saved items.
- You can delete all saved workspace items from the dashboard.
- You can continue using tools as a guest if you do not want saved history.
